Session 15 - Monday 10th December 10.30am
Brilliant session with Nagaki Sensei today, 30 minutes basic kihon, then some gohon kumite with Kagawa, Watanabe & Okamoto Senseis, some jiyyu kumite with them also an session finished off with Bassai Sho. Nice one!
